Angelica Bengtsson

Angelica Therese Bengtsson is a Swedish track and field athlete who specialises in the pole vault. The year 2010 was the time she became the first woman to be a pole vault champion in the Summer Youth Olympics. Bengtsson received gold medals for her athletic performance during the World Youth Championships (2009 and the 2010 World Youth Championships) as well as in the World Junior Championships (2010). Angelica Panganiban is a Quezon City native who was born in Payatas on November 4, 1986. The mother of Angelica Panganiban was born in the Philippines. Her mother was a Filipina died in 2008, and she is buried in Singapore. Mark Charlson her father comes from Iowa in the U.S. USA. Her father of birth, Mark Charlson is a retired U.S. Navy man from Iowa, United States; who, in the mid-1980's was on the U.S.S. O'Brien stationed in the Philippines. She was adopted by Annabelle Panganiban while she was still a child as well as her grandparents Adolfo and Mila Panganiban, helped in raising her.
